Complete and submit our online application form.

Please include the following with your application:

• Two (2) passport-sized photographs

• Copy of student’s birth certificate

• Copy of immunization card (as required by the Ministry of Education)

• Copy of last school report and/or evaluation done by a recognised institution or assessor

• Completed Student Profile Form (to be completed and signed/stamped by the child's previous school, if applicable)

• Copy of recent (completed within 2 years prior to registration) psychoeducational assessment (if your child has exceptional needs)

• Signed Statement of Faith & Parent Commitment Form

• Completed Medical Form (to be completed if student is accepted)

With the exception of passport-sized photographs, which must be submitted in person to the school office, all other documents may be emailed to admissions@liberty.edu.jm

Please ensure that all documents are either scanned or clearly photographed. All information must be easily readable and visible in the submitted files. If you do not have access to a physical scanner, we recommend scanning the document using Google Drive on Android or scanning the document with the Notes app on iPhone or iPad.

A non-refundable registration fee of JMD $5,000 is required to process your application. This fee helps to cover administrative costs such as document handling, student record creation, interview coordination, and processing time. Please note that payment of this fee does not guarantee acceptance, but is necessary to move your application forward for review.

Once the submitted documents have been reviewed by our Admissions Officer, applicants will be contacted to schedule a virtual interview and/or internal assessment.

The interview allows us to better understand the child’s personality, any learning challenges, and any important insights parents wish to share.

We may invite the child for an in-person assessment to further evaluate their academic level and determine the most suitable placement within the school.
