Re-Enrolment

The re-enrollment process is required for students who meet either of the following criteria:

  1. They were previously enrolled at Liberty Academy but have been withdrawn or inactive for 12 months or more.

  2. They are current Liberty Academy students transitioning from the Preparatory School Department to the High School Department.

How to Re-Enroll

1 / Complete Our Application Form

Complete and submit our online re-registration form.

2 / Submit All Required Documents

Please include the following with your application:

With the exception of passport-sized photographs, which must be submitted in person to the school office, all other documents may be emailed to admissions@liberty.edu.jm

Please ensure that all documents are either scanned or clearly photographed. All information must be easily readable and visible in the submitted files. If you do not have access to a physical scanner, we recommend scanning the document using Google Drive on Android or scanning the document with the Notes app on iPhone or iPad.

3 / Pay Re-Enrolment Fee

A non-refundable re-enrolment fee of JMD $5,000 is required to process your application. This fee helps to cover administrative costs such as document handling, student record creation, interview coordination, and processing time. Please note that payment of this fee does not guarantee acceptance, but is necessary to move your application forward for review.

The re-enrolment fee can be paid in-office or via bank transfer.  For banking details, see Liberty Academy Banking Details

4 / Wait for Contact

Once the re-enrollment documents have been reviewed by our Admissions Officer, families will be contacted to arrange a virtual interview and/or internal assessment.

The interview allows us to reconnect, gain insight into the student’s growth and experiences since their last enrollment, and discuss any new or ongoing needs.

Depending on the circumstances, the student may be invited for an in-person assessment to help us determine their current academic standing and the most appropriate placement within the school.
